Australasian Science is the only monthly magazine dedicated to science in Australia and New Zealand. It is available 10 times per year in newsagents and by subscription.
Our most recent survey of readers found that:
- 68% of readers have a professional interest in science
- 65% have a scientific qualification
- 46% read more than 80% of each edition
- 74% read more than 60% of each edition
- 32% do not read any other science magazine available in newsagents
- 69% read no more than one other science magazine available in newsagents.
Readers of Australasian Science are highly satisfied with the core values of the magazine, such as its editorial independence and focus on local science. Their tendency to read it "from cover-to cover" was reinforced by highly favourable ratings of the magazine's various sections and their presentation.
The survey results indicate that Australasian Science has a very loyal and unique readership that can be reached by advertisers.
